Return Rules and Restrictions

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase.

  • Shipping and handling costs and other additional charges are non-refundable.
  • We will not accept CODs or third party billing for returned merchandise
  • If there is extensive damage to an item upon delivery, call a DOGTEK Customer Support Representative immediately at 1-727-489-2111.
  • You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 3-10 days of DOGTEK receiving your returned product.
  • DOGTEK.com purchases must only be returned directly to DOGTEK
  • Items purchased from an Authorized DOGTEK Online retailer or retail store/ petshop must be returned directly back to them. Our Authorized Retailers return policies may vary, returns are at their sole discretion.
